Who doesn’t like berry compote in a glass? My teen daughter’s and friends’ favorite!
Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Maine wild blueberries (BJs has value packs)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries or blackberries (these berries have seeds, you will taste them in your smoothie)
- ½ banana, fresh
- 2 TBSP chia seeds
- ½ avocado flesh
- water to fill ¾ of blender jar with ingredients
- Optional
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey protein, pea protein or rice protein)
- 1 tsp superfood powder such as Maca powder or Wheatgrass powder
Instructions
- Whizz away until smooth. Serve immediately.
