Ginger Spice Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal!)
  • ¼ tsp celtic sea salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp dried ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • ¼ cup agave nectar or maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl
  3. Combine both wet and dry ingredients
  4. Place 1 TBSP each on a baking sheet and gently flatten
  5. Bake at 350 F for 6-10 minutes
