Avo Tomato Salad on the Fly
Recipe type: Salad
  • 2 ripe but still firm avocados
  • 1 cup baby tomatoes
  • 1 red apple, cored but not peeled
  • 2-3 red radishes
  • 2 tabelspoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup goats cheese, crumbled
  • Swirl extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Gamasio (this is a sesame seed - herb blend available at all health stores and organic sections of your local supermarket here in the US) OR Herbamare sea salt (herb-infused sea salt)
  • 2-3 swirls of your black pepper grinder
  1. Chop all ingredients to small chunks
  2. Mix in bowl
  3. Add oil and spices and combine gently
  4. Enjoy!
