Ginger Spice Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal!)
- ¼ tsp celtic sea salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup grapeseed oil
- ¼ cup agave nectar or maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl
- Combine both wet and dry ingredients
- Place 1 TBSP each on a baking sheet and gently flatten
- Bake at 350 F for 6-10 minutes
