Kirstin is an empathetic cancer mentor, speaker and educator who is passionate about enabling anyone affected by cancer to pro-‐actively navigate their health journey with a greater sense of clarity, balanced perspective and the right tools to enable them to live a meaningful life by consciously conquering cancer. Her approach incorporates 5 key areas of health: functional nutrition, reducing toxicity, exercise, conscious living, and emotional healing.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer twice within 3 years, she learnt first hand the importance of an integrative and functional medicine approach to one’s health, acknowledging the dynamic interdependency of body, mind and soul to facilitate true healing.
Kirstin is the owner of Eat Holistic, LLC and creator of the interactive virtual Beyond Cancer Program™. She also heads the cancer support program at Valley Integrative Pharmacy in Bedminster, NJ. Kirstin is a graduate of the Zentrum für Naturheilkunde in Munich, Germany as a medically certified nutrition, exercise and motivational consultant, is board certified by the American Association of Nutritional Consultants and a professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, and is accredited as a Holistic Health Coach by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
She is a regular blogger for The Anti-‐Cancer Club, has featured frequently on the “Holistic Around Hunterdon” & “Living Consciously” Internet Radio Shows, the MotivateMe! Podcast and Anti Cancer Club Blab, and is a monthly contributing author in 2016 of the online Sybil Magazine – For the Spirit and Soul of Woman.
Born in Switzerland, raised in Germany and South Africa, she now lives in NJ with her husband, two children and rambunctious pointer puppy Max.
