Nourish to Thrive Seasonal Cooking Series

7-Day Plan to kickstart you into a sustainable way of cooking nourishing, cancer-fighting and delicious family meals that fit your busy schedule

7-Day supported online program in which I help you transition to an anti-inflammatory & immune-boosting way of cooking. It’s super easy when you know how!

If you want to learn how to make nourishing, cancer-fighting and delicious family meals that you can’t wait to sink your teeth into, but haven’t yet taken the leap because

  • you have no clue where to begin
  • feel it’s way too much effort to prepare or
  • simply are terrified of what seems to be an endless list of weird ingredients

…then this virtual program is for you!

If you need a little push to get you started with some guidance and support, this is right for you!

Let me unburden you of all the worrying, planning and potential stage freight.

Allow me to map it all out for you.

The shopping list. The recipes. The meals per day. Every day for the entire week.

For 7 days you will learn to make meals that…

  • are easy to prepare once you know the tricks of the trade
  • use ingredients that you find in most supermarkets
  • do not require you to reinvent your pantry from scratch
  • use ingredients that are multi-functional to give you more flexibility – and less time – in the kitchen
  • can be adapted to meet any dietary restrictions or preferences you may have – vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten-free. My meals are ALWAYS cancer-fighting in nature, that is a given!

All you need to do is follow simple, step-by-step instructions, and if you wish you had me next to you to help you along the way, I have taken care of that too!

You will have access to a private Facebook group in which you can ask me all those questions that may have unhinged you in the past & prevented you from doing this on your own.

This is NOT a 7 day diet! Far from it!

No strict eliminations, restrictions or deprivations.

Just teaching you how to combine whole foods in a delicious and balanced way. This is the stepping stone for you to begin eating in a health-promoting way from now on.

Even if you are working full time. Like me. This is how I do it. Some nights I have barely 30 minutes to get dinner on the table for a hungry family of 4.  I will share my trusted strategies with you and teach you how you can do it too.

And then there is the added long-term bonus of course. Many chronic diseases that are so rampant today such as diabetes II, heart disease, obesity, crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome, thyroid issues and even cancer are fueled by what we consume every day, and how we DON’T nourish our bodies that way.

You may have heard me in the past talking about the healing properties of whole foods and how a rainbow of phytonutrients and anti-oxidants can nourish your body from the inside out.

How preventing those dreaded blood sugar spikes in the first place and following an anti-inflammatory way of eating can lead to a strong and resilient immune system that can withstand stressors from our environment and from within our own bodies.

Well, allow me to show you how you can easily and joyfully eat that way, even satisfying that sweet tooth, in a healthy but still delicious way.

Now is the time to put this talk into practice.

I went to Kirstin when I started to feel fatigue and have muscle soreness during exercise. I had started another diet about 6 months prior that another doctor had recommended. I was feeling as if that was not working for me any longer. Kirstin’s analysis was very complete and her recommendations were extremely useful and practical. The modified diet that she recommended was easy to follow and was effective. I felt better after a few weeks of implementing the changes. It is something that I have sustained even now, over a year later! Her written analysis was informative with background information as to why she was recommending changes however, it was easily understood. I would highly recommend Kirsten to help get your diet better suited to your particular needs!
