An all time favorite, enriched with protein-rich hemp seeds, walnuts, oats and refined sugar-free, but low in mineralized sugar overall. Dark choc chips add some sweetness anyway.
Oat Hemp Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 sticks organic butter, softened
- ½ cup coconut palm sugar
- 1 cup organic dark brown sugar
- 2 organic, free range eggs
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ¾ cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2-3 cups dark chocolate chips (at least 60%)
Instructions
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Mix both wet and dry ingredients until combined well
- Place heaped TBPS size dough onto baking sheet lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 ° F for approx. 12 minutes
