The focus is to address root cause issues related to gut health, optimal digestion & absorption, and to nourish you with real, whole foods and targeted supplements as a secondary approach to address any nutrient deficiencies you may have. I will help you source & select nutrient dense ingredients and guide you to prepare delicious family meals you can do within the time frame you have available, or to best select external food choices optimal to you when eating out. I do not isolate any specific diet as the magic one, nor do I deprive you of foods you enjoy. The emphasis is on educating you to make the choices that best fit your body chemistry, metabolism and your budget.
